皆さま、こんにちは。私の記事をお読みいただき、ありがとうございます。人生初の試みを皆さんと共有できることを嬉しく思います。1月17日（土）、私は初めてのワークショップ「プリズム・ジャーナルクラブ」を無事に開催することができました。

Hello, everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read my article. I’m excited to share my first milestone with you. On Saturday, January 17th, I successfully organized my very first workshop, the “Prism Journal Club.”

Keynote（PowerPointに類似したツール）でスライドプレゼンテーションを作成し、会場として札幌の中央区複合庁舎2階の区民センターからプロジェクターを借用しました。デザイン性を高めるため、オリジナル写真とCanvaの素材を組み込みました。生まれつき内向的で営業や顧客勧誘は得意ではありませんが、友人や知人が運営するカフェ、英会話スクール、自習室の紹介・宣伝経験があります。

I created a slide presentation using Keynote, a tool similar to PowerPoint, and borrowed a projector from the Local Centre on the 2nd floor of the Sapporo Chuo-Ward Complex Building for the venue. To enhance the design, I incorporated original photographs and elements from Canva. Although I’m naturally introverted and not skilled at sales or customer promotion, I have experience introducing and promoting cafes, English schools, and study rooms managed by friends and acquaintances.

17日(土)18時、友人2名と知人1名が会場に到着しました。私はプロジェクターのセットアップに長い時間を費やしてしまいました。自己紹介は省略し、リラックスした雰囲気でYouTubeチャンネル「Study Timer」様のポモドーロタイマーを使用し、「ブレインダンプ」と「ジャーナリング」の2つのワークショップセッションを各10分間実施しました。

On Saturday, the 17th at 6:00 p.m., two Japanese friends and an acquaintance arrived at the venue. I spent a long time setting up the projector. Skipping self-introductions, I offered two relaxed workshop sessions: Brain Dumping and Journaling, each lasting ten minutes. We used a Pomodoro timer from the YouTube channel “Study Timer.“
